Produced with great care and attention to detail for the outdoor life: Shooting, fishing, walking in the country, or: The weekend dinner party.
Since 2004 we have supplied our 100% cotton shirts to Gentlemen all over the Globe.
And the response has been excellent.
John Cotton Shirts may be minnow of a Brand but our customers find the fit, appearance and sheer quality to be superior to many a big brand, far less expensive than most.
In particular - they last so long - wash after wash after wash.

“I first became acquainted with your shirts in November 2015 on a trip to England when I participated in a driven pheasant hunt in West Sussex with several friends from the States.
On this occasion, a friend gifted me one of your lovely shirts in a brushed cotton fabric. Since that trip, I have enjoyed that shirt with corduroys and sport jackets here in the States. I am quite proud of the high quality of your stylish country shirts and receive many compliments on my "country gentleman" presentation!
As a Christmas gift my lovely wife decided to search for more country shirts but I was not impressed with my American manufactured options. So, I queried the Internet and came upon your website. I admire the classic style and have grown quite fond of the time-honored and distinguished British country gentleman line of clothing. Your shirts fit us American chaps that are built for comfort, not speed, quite well. At 6'3' and 235 pounds the fit is perfect at both neck and sleeve.
I will continue to shop and share your line with friends here in the States. “John

“Dear John Cotton
Thank you for your telephone calls regarding my order. As I told you on the phone I am very impressed with the quality of these shirts and they wash very well. My husband and son are both gamekeepers and have been wearing them for shoot days and I need plenty, as we shoot 3 days a week throughout the season . My husband likes them so much he now wears them every day so they get very dirty and always I can get them clean.
Well done and I would always recommend you, and I am happy for you to use this as a review. “Alison

“Dear Sirs,
I would really love to buy some new shirts from you. I really really would. But I still have the shirts (6 in all) I bought from you about 4 years ago and I JUST CANNOT wear them out. I wear them day in day out in rotation, they get washed every time I wear them and I think they'll last for ever. Not one button has come adrift, not one seam has come undone, not one hole has appeared or I think is likely to and there is no sign of wear. So they are just like the day I bought them.
Frankly, like some old German cars that seem to go on indefinitely I have got BORED with them so I think I'll now have them for the rest of my life. Perhaps like a car I could trade them in for some new ones. You could still get a good price for them as they are still like new!!“Bob

“Dear Sirs,
I originally purchased some of your shirts through a gun shop. Having tried other similar shirts from leading brand names I came to the conclusion that you supplied a quality shirt which fits me well and allows me to move without having to tuck in all the time.
If you are still supplying to the same standard then they will be good value for money.”Viv

“Hi John,
Thanks for 2 super shirts, yes I did order one a while back you may recall I ordered 2 instead of l and you refunded me so good with computers. They are a spot on fit despite my long arms and the quality far superior to other country shirts.”Mike

“Dear Sirs,
I received the 4 shirts today that I ordered from you a few days ago. All of the same outstanding quality, design and fit. My job as a farrier and other fieldsports interested, requires me to be smartly dressed, in clothing that suits my profession, that is comfortable to work in. I sha11 look no further and will continue in future, to purchase all my "country" style shirts from you at John Cotton.“Marc

“Dear Mr. Cotton,
I am so happy to tell you the shirts came today! I'm delighted with the look, style and fabric... can't wait to wear one. I figured if I emailed you, they would come the next day. There was no zip code on my address, which may have caused the delay. Thanks again and sorry for all the trouble.“Chris (USA)

“To all at John Cotton,
Being of slim build I have found great difficulty locating a shirt that is long enough in the sleeve, slim fitting and of good quality. I stumbled across you shirts at my local gunsmiths, Raker in west Sussex. Having tried several different makes, all too short in the sleeve, or designed for someone of spinning top design!, I tried one of your shirts. It was one of those eureka moments, when at last, all that I looked for was there in the John Cotton shirt. “Marc
